Senza grosse sorprese, è Moonlight il film trionfatore dell’edizione 2017 degli Indipendente Spirit Awards con ben 5 premi (più uno speciale al cast già annunciato prima della serata.

Come tradizione a sole 24 ore dagli Oscar, sempre a Los Angeles, il premio più importante del cinema indipendente americano ha gettato una luce importante su tanti progetti piccolo ma di enorme valore, anche se ormai il contatto tra circuito indipendente e mainstream è sempre più rilevante (erano infatti tanti i candidati anche l’Oscar).
