Risultato atteso e confermato, ma forse non in tali proporzioni: con ben 8 premi La La Land non solo vince, ma letteralmente domina i Critics Choice Awards.

L’associazione, che riunisce circa 300 critici di stampa, tv, radio e web, come prevedibile ha amato il film di Damien Chazelle, consegnano anche premi inattesi (come la sceneggiatura). Ha confermato anche i pronostici nelle 4 categorie attoriali, regalandoci forse l’unica vera sorpresa della serata con Arrival premiato per la sceneggiatura adattata.

Vediamo quanto saranno influenti in questa stagione i Critics Choice in vista degli Oscar, considerando che l’associazione ha deciso quest’anno di cambiare il calendario e mettersi addirittura a dicembre (mancano 5 settimane dalle nominations degli Oscar).
