Sono arrivate le nominations dei Writers Guild Awards, il sindacato degli sceneggiatori, e non devo certo sottolineare quanto conti la sceneggiatura di un film nel suo appeal verso gli Oscar. Sono quindi nominations importantissime, ma con dei distinguo importanti.

Infatti, per regole interne all’associazione, molti sono i film non elegibili (casi eclatanti anche quest’anno) mentre titoli grossi come Moonlight qui sono nella categoria originale ma l’Academy lo considererà eventualmente tra li adattamenti. Quindi sono candidature importanti ma da prendere con le molle: l’unica grande sorpresa della serata è la stupefacente inclusione di Deadpool, che però per i motivi finora detti difficilmente si replicherà agli Oscar.

I premi saranno assegnati il 19 febbraio, intanto dopo il break tutti i nominati:
